Booking price includes an end of stay clean but we respectfully ask you to leave the place tidy and adhere to our check out guidelines.

Price is inclusive of VAT

We advise you take out travel insurance

Our property is fully insured with the public liability insurance

Check in is 3 pm onwards and check out is 10 am on departure

Where pets have been agreed please restrict them to ground floor only

Payment

A standard 30% non refundable booking fee is made upon booking

The balance is due 4 weeks prior to check in, an invoice will be raised and emailed

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation of the booking up until 4 weeks prior to check in date will incur a loss of the booking fee

Cancellation of the booking after the 4 weeks will incur full payment of the money due

Cancellation relates to a specific date booked. Changing dates will incur cancellation fees at our discretion

Damages

A £200 bond is required with your balance payment. This is fully refundable within 4 weeks of your stay provied there has been excess cleaning, damages or
